Arnold C. Wang is a partner of Arias Sanguinetti Stahle & Torrijos LLP. Mr. Wang primarily practices civil litigation in the areas of toxic tort, consumer rights and major personal injury. He is also experienced in appellate matters and all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He is also knowledgeable in the formation and operation of business entities, and he has provided consultation to businesses on various legal issues.
Before the formation of Arias Sanguinetti Stahle & Torrijos LLP, Mr. Wang worked at Arias Ozzello & Gignac for fifteen years. Mr. Wang’s practice ranged from consumer class action, wage and hour class action, constitutional rights class action to individual personal injury cases, employment cases, and business litigation.
Mr. Wang has extensive experience in litigating and settling personal injury cases, including those involving auto collisions and toxic exposures. He has successfully resolved numerous personal injury cases through mediation and negotiation by obtaining monetary compensation to clients.
Mr. Wang has helped clients set up their businesses, including providing advice on choice of entity and assisting with filings with the government. He has also provided legal advice to numerous corporations and companies and has assisted them in complying with corporate formalities.
Mr. Wang has authored a number of appellate briefs. He has argued in the Court of Appeal on numerous occasions.
Mr. Wang was born in Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China and was raised in the Los Angeles area. He graduated cum laude from UCLA, receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees in both East Asian Studies and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree and a certificate in dispute resolution from Pepperdine University – School of Law.
Mr. Wang is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is also very active in the community.
