Eugene Feldman is Of Counsel to Arias Sanguinetti Stahle & Torrijos LLP and leads the Disability Rights practice group.  He has litigated disability rights cases in both state and federal courts in California.  He has also appeared pro hac vice in disability matters in federal courts in New York and Florida.  He has served as co-class counsel in cases arising under Title II and Title III of the ADA, as well as under the Unruh Act and California Disabled Persons Act.

Mr. Feldman represents people with disabilities who have been the victims of discrimination in the workplace or in public areas, have been denied access to government or commercial buildings or services, or have suffered violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related laws.  As a person living with cerebral palsy, Mr. Feldman understands firsthand the challenges faced daily by people with disabilities.  Whether in the workplace or in the public arena, social stigma, lack of access, and even overt discrimination can deprive people of their legal rights.  As an attorney, Mr. Feldman understands the laws and regulations impacting people with disabilities, and has the experience needed defend those rights in state and federal courts and before government agencies such as the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  Mr. Feldman’s personal experience, combined with over 25 years in the practice of law, makes him uniquely and eminently qualified to help you with your case.

Mr. Feldman has lectured on elimination of bias against attorneys with disabilities.  He is a member of the Disability Rights Bar Association (DRBA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the American Association of Justice (AAJ).

Mr. Feldman serves on the Board of Directors of the Westside Center for Independent Living in Los Angeles.  Mr. Feldman has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild since 1994, and is also a member of the Performers With Disabilities (PWD), a committee within SAG striving to bring visibility to the struggles faced everyday by Americans with disabilities.
