Gregg Hubley is Of Counsel to Arias Sanguinetti Stahle & Torrijos LLP.  With over 15 years of experience in virtually all areas of law, he has represented clients in civil lawsuits in state and federal court. He has tried hundreds of cases in a variety of civil litigation matters including medical malpractice, personal injury, family law, and, most recently, a class action lawsuit.  Mr. Hubley has also represented large financial institutions and other clients in business litigation involving hundreds of millions of dollars in assets.  Among other areas of practice, Mr. Hubley currently represents and counsels clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, and elder abuse/exploitation.

Mr. Hubley has extensive experience in appellate practice and has argued appeals involving seminal issues of state-wide importance concerning secured transactions and foreclosure.  The decisions in these appeals helped to shape the law in Nevada relative to the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program and, more generally, foreclosures.

Mr. Hubley has authored numerous published articles and regularly lectures at Continuing Legal Education Seminars.  The topics on which Mr. Hubley has written and taught include medical malpractice damages caps, federal practice and procedure, and Nevada law governing secured transactions. Mr. Hubley has been hired by Fortune 500 companies to provide legal training and consultation which was used to revise corporate policies and procedures.

Mr. Hubley is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of Nevada.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1997 having previously graduated from Northern Illinois University magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.

Mr. Hubley is married and is a member of, and contributor to, clubs and organizations at St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
